If you don’t know Chef Marcos Ascencio from Taqueria Chingon and Mariscos San Pedro, you definitely know him from his famed tailgates – and we can’t wait to keep the tradition going with a special popup at Eight Bar.

Think live-fire paella on the patio, a plate of Chef Danny Grants tailgate favorite meatball fondida, cold Hop Butcher beer kegs, and the game on full-volume (plus a DJ taking over during commercial breaks).

We’ll also be teaming up with Jameson to ensure it’s a game day worth leaving the couch for. While enjoying eight bar menu favorites and our special popup dishes, be sure to wash it down with any Jameson beverage to get in on Jameson’s First Round on Us, where you’re invited to submit your receipt and get up to $20 back! (subject to campaign terms).
